As part of the digital transformation project implemented in Twist and İpekyol stores, comprehensive digital signage solutions that strengthen brand communication and make the in-store experience more dynamic were brought to life. In various stores across Turkey, entrance areas, display windows, cash desk backs, product display points, and in-store architectural surfaces were restructured with digital display systems.

In the project, vertical displays, large-format indoor LED surfaces, and special display applications adapted to curved architecture were used to present new season collections, campaigns, and brand content with high visual impact. Thanks to the centralized content management infrastructure, broadcasts in different locations were updated quickly and consistently, while Twist and İpekyol's unique brand identities were transformed into an integrated digital communication language throughout the stores.

What Was the Problem?

The fact that menus, working hours, and service announcements used in restaurants, bars, lounges, and event areas within Swissôtel were largely presented through printed materials made it difficult to update content quickly. Whenever menu options, special events, seasonal campaigns, and service hours changed, preparing the materials anew required time and operational resources.

Variations in the design and presentation of communication materials used across different hotels and service points made it difficult to reflect the brand's premium visual identity at the same standard in all areas. Especially at bar and restaurant entrances, the need for staff support or physical menus for guests to access menu options could slow down the information process.

An integrated digital communication infrastructure that adapts to the hotel architecture, can be used in different areas, and allows content to be easily updated was needed so that guests could access the information they need quickly, clearly, and aesthetically.

Harmony with Premium Architecture
Harmony with Premium Architecture

Digital solutions needed to be in an elegant and compact structure that would harmonize with the hotel's exclusive interior design.

How Did We Solve It?

Floor-standing digital kiosks and tabletop POP displays were placed in Swissôtel's restaurants, bars, lounges, and common areas. Selected by taking into account the hotel's architectural structure and usage scenarios, the displays ensured that the content needed at different points was presented in the right format and with high image quality.

Floor-standing kiosks were transformed into digital information points at restaurant and lounge entrances where content such as food menus, beverage menus, wine lists, breakfast, and lunch options can be easily viewed by guests. Thanks to their slim bodies and simple designs, the displays were integrated into the premium hotel atmosphere without disrupting the existing interior decoration.

Tabletop POP displays used at bar and service counters were positioned to present special menus, seasonal events, gastronomy content, and campaign announcements directly in the guests' line of sight. The compact display structure created a powerful digital communication surface in limited spaces.

Thanks to this structure, content was broadcasted up-to-date and consistently across different service points. While the need for printed materials was reduced, a modern and seamless digital guest experience supporting Swissôtel's corporate identity was created.

Desktop POP Displays

Desktop POP displays were preferred at bar and service counters to bring special menus, gastronomy events, and periodic announcements directly into the guests' line of sight. Thanks to their compact structure, displays taking up minimum space on limited surfaces created an eye-catching digital communication point with high image quality. Their balanced support structure, specially designed for desktop use, ensured that the displays were positioned securely at counters and reception points. Thus, printed desktop materials were replaced by an updatable, modern, and premium content experience.

Floor-Standing Digital Kiosks

Floor-standing digital kiosk solutions were used in Swissôtel's restaurants, lounge, and common areas to present menus, service information, and guiding content visibly. Thanks to their slim and elegant body design, the kiosks harmonized with the hotel's architectural structure while the vertical display format allowed menu and informational content to be published in an easily readable way. Thanks to their independently positionable structures, flexible usage was provided at restaurant entrances, transition areas, and event points. Thus, a modern information experience was created where guests can access service details without needing staff support.
