Xenon Smart
Dijital Etiket Projesi
2025
Türkiye Geneli
The Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) infrastructure has been implemented to make product pricing and information processes more dynamic at Xenon Smart's sales points across Turkey.
Within the scope of the project, digital labels were used instead of traditional printed price tags in display areas featuring smart home products, small home appliances, security cameras, lighting products, mobile accessories, and various electronic product groups.
Thanks to the electronic labels positioned right in front of the products, contents such as prices, campaigns, product information, and QR codes were presented to customers in a more organized and up-to-date manner. Instead of individually changing price information with physical tags in a wide and constantly changing product portfolio, a structure that can be managed faster via digital infrastructure was created.
While the compact design of the electronic labels integrates with Xenon Smart's modern and technology-oriented store concept, it provided a cleaner look by reducing information clutter on counters, shelves, and product display areas.
Realized across Turkey in 2025, the Xenon Smart Digital Label Project combined physical product display with a digital pricing infrastructure, creating a more up-to-date, controlled, and modern store experience.
Xenon Smart's expanding product range and numerous electronic products exhibited at various sales points made it operationally difficult to keep price and product information up to date. Frequent changes in prices, campaigns, and technical information for small home appliances, smart home products, security cameras, mobile accessories, and various technology products made the use of traditional printed tags inadequate.
Preparing, replacing, and individually checking printed price tags within the store caused both a loss of time and an additional workload on the staff. Manual updates made at different sales points increased the risk of inconsistency between the price on the product and the current price in the system.
In line with Xenon Smart's technology-oriented store concept, there was a need for a scalable digital label infrastructure right next to the products where current prices, campaigns, and product information could be displayed, and changes could be managed quickly and centrally.
Individually preparing and replacing printed tags for price and campaign changes created a time and operational burden for store teams.
Manual updates increased the risk of inconsistencies between product prices and current campaign information at different sales points.
Exhibiting numerous products in different categories made it difficult to keep the correct price and technical information up to date for each product.
There was a need for a digital structure where label contents at different sales points could be updated quickly, in a controlled manner, and simultaneously from a single center.
The Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) infrastructure was put into operation to manage product prices and information contents faster, in an organized and controlled manner at Xenon Smart sales points.
Digital labels were positioned right in front of the products to ensure that contents such as prices, campaigns, product information, and QR codes were presented to the customer directly and understandably. Thus, the need for preparing and individually replacing printed labels was reduced, making in-store price management digital.
Thanks to the ability to manage label contents through a central system, price changes made at different sales points were implemented faster, product information was kept up to date, and a more consistent structure was established among stores.
Electronic labels with a compact and modern design integrated with Xenon Smart's technology-oriented store concept, contributing to product display areas looking more organized and professional.
A digital label infrastructure was created where price, campaign, and product information can be managed through a central system.
Price and campaign changes were enabled to be reflected at sales points more quickly without the need to prepare printed labels.
The presentation of product prices and information contents at the same standard and in an up-to-date manner across different sales points was supported.
Compact electronic labels were integrated into product display areas to create a more organized, technological, and professional store appearance.
