KVKK Clarification Text

1. Data Controller

Within the scope of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Unisoft, acting as the data controller, as described below.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to:

Authorized public institutions and organizations,

7. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing and limited to the statutory retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation.

When the retention period expires or the purpose of processing ceases to exist, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
To request information if your personal data has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is used in accordance with that purpose
To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad
To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions prescribed by the KVKK
To request that corrections, deletions, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
To object to a result arising against you through the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems
To request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data

10. Updates

Unisoft may update this KVKK Privacy Notice in line with changes in legislation, website operations, or data processing activities. The current notice becomes effective from the date it is published on our website.
