Digital displays supporting the station experience
Ankara Train Station brings passenger services and retail areas together in one complex. Making train information visible, delivering store messages and informing meeting-room visitors calls for displays planned around each setting.
Launched in 2016, the Unisoft project included display installation and content management software. Train information screens at ticket counters, entrances and platforms, LED and portrait advertising displays in shared spaces and meeting-room entrance screens were positioned for their respective uses.
Station screens present services, times and platform information, while advertising displays give retailers and advertisers space for their content. Meeting-room displays help visitors find relevant information. A web-based interface supports the operations team in managing digital content.
